In this study we take the Tigre & Property Rover Business as an example, in whose policies will be implemented worldwide and standardizing some of them, for every its subsidiaries. Though there are numerous policies in SHRM, only a few of them more likely to all subsidiaries of Yaguar and Area Rover, mainly because each of them offers different traditions and different reasons. Human resource management handles the employee associations that relation to the syndication of payroll and dealing with employee relations at a particular location. A persons resources (HR) function has been viewed as a provider of local companies addressing specific employee questions. As the organizations have become (both domestically and internationally), HR headcount and the number of localized HR regulations possess proliferated as well. As a result, HR processes in many companies possess begun to resemble the tax requirements which have fragmented, poorly documented, and become a subject to the numerous interpretations of individuals located around the world Coro Strandberg (2009). Therefore, the companies are now taking a harder look at how they are hiring, connecting and developing all their employees over a worldwide basis. In addition to these, the companies will be needed to use the economies of scale, by simply managing costs and leveraging information technology to enhance HR's efficiency and effectiveness Sharma T., Sharma T. and Devi A. (2007). When the firms decide to develop their global standards, they should consider the changes needed for the governance of global processes, treat local cash strategy and change the management issues. From an even more strategic perspective, HR have to more definitely develop a worldwide integrated labor force, facilitating the organization's capacity to identify, develop and connect the expertise around the globe. While using demographic, geographic and competitive challenges faced by the this organizations, the need to standardize and harmonize HUMAN RESOURCES processes is never that better.
