Physical Electronics, Electron Devices and ICs

Power Semiconductor devices, Thyristor, Power receptor, MOSFETs, Features and procedure. AC to DC convertors; 1-Phase and 3-phase DC to POWER Convertors.

JTO Telecom SECTION – II (Total = 50 Problem )
1 . Analog Electric Circuits
Transistor biasing and stabilization, Tiny Signal research. Power audio receivers. Frequency response, Wide strap techniques, Feedback amplifiers. Fine-tined amplifiers. Oscillators.
